Our Refund & Returns Policy
At A to Z Garments, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return or exchange if:
- Item received is damaged
- Wrong product was delivered
- Size issue (subject to availability)
- Product has manufacturing defects
Items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- Returned in original packaging
- Returned within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be returned:
- Ladies undergarments
- Used or washed clothing
- Products without tags or packaging
Refund Process
Once the returned item is inspected and approved:
- Refunds may be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued through bank transfer or original payment method where applicable
Exchange Policy
Exchanges depend on product availability. Customers may contact support for exchange assistance.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled before shipment confirmation. Once dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
